Shipping + Returns
We currently ship to customers in the United States. It may take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are glad to offer a store credit or exchange. Please note we do not issue refunds for return items at this time.
Please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags attached. Original sales receipt must be presented. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will send an email notifying the approval of return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning, we highly recommend that you insure all packages, as store credit or exchange cannot be issued if the package is lost or damaged. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange ( ie. shipping and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility.
All items purchased on sale are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount. We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
